Sealed bids for furnishing New or Rebuilt Voltage Regulators for a 12.47 KV Substation for the City of Cherryville, North Carolina, (hereinafter called the "Owner") will be received on or before 2:00 p.m., Thursday, September 19, 2024, in the offices of their Engineer, Southeastern Consulting Engineers, Inc., 600 Minuet Lane, Charlotte, North Carolina 28217, at which time and place the bids will be publicly opened and read. This Request for Bids is for Material Only. Construction Services are not included.
Bids and all supporting documents required to be attached thereto must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the attention of Mr. A. J. Molnar. PE. Southeastern Consulting Engineer,. Inc. 600 Minuet Lane, Charlotte, North Carolina 28217. The name and address of the Bidder, and the date and hour of the opening of bids must appear on the envelope in which the bid is submitted. Bidders will be required to comply with all applicable federal, state, local laws, rules, and regulations, which are hereby made a part of the bid.
The City of Cherryville reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
The bid will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder taking into consideration quality, performance, and time specified in the bid for the performance of the contract.
